London, October 2014 – Maze Grill Mayfair, one of Gordon Ramsay’s culinary creations, is a must-go for meat-lovers. I would say the menu is 70% meat. Any meat-lover would be impressed by their selection of steaks, which includes British Native Breeds, Rare Breeds, U.S. and Japanese Breeds.
Our order was simple:
Iceberg Wedge – Blue Cheese, Bacon & Candied Pecans
Burrata – Marjoram, Lemon & Mint
Grilled USDA Sirloin Steak – with peppercorn sauce; The steak was done to perfection, juicy and succulent.
Grilled Catch of the Day – Fish
Side Dishes: Corn on the Cob
The portions were very generous, and we had no room for dessert. The restaurant is pretty vibrant, with loud music and dark lighting. What we enjoyed was the more relaxed and casual atmosphere.
