Singapore, July 2016 – The Michelin stars have arrived in the Lion City at last!  The Inaugural (First Edition) Michelin Guide for Singapore was released last night, and stars were awarded to a number of fine dining as well as hawker food restaurants.

The Michelin stars went to 29 establishments in Singapore.  Only one restaurant was awarded Three Michelin stars – Joel Robouchon at Resort World Sentosa.

The Straits Times published the list, see below and click here to read more about Singapore’s Michelin Guide.Michelin Singapore StraitsTimes July2016.JPG

I assume that it will be more difficult to make reservations at these restaurants now. But I guess the wait is worth it, for an amazing culinary experience!
